Company members receive the most individualized, highest expertise training regimen. We will assess where every member’s skill sets are & develop a specific and cumulative curriculum. This training will help build and progress foundational dance technique, skills, vocal technique, acting technique, fitness and flexibility.

Company members will also receive exclusive next level training equipment that is not provided to other students. Their commitment and dedication means we invest more in the tools and curriculum we provide.

Students must attend all meeting dates; only exceptions are holidays, vacations, or illness. We will not accept missing class for shows. Company members must be fully committed.

This is a showcase for family and friends of how we have improved during the Fall Training Semester. Students will be guided through the skills they have developed in dance, acting, voice, fitness, and flexibility to show! Parents will also at this time get an update on their students tracked skills for the first semester and what next steps the artists will take comes Spring.

This is an elite musical theatre recital, created for the company students. Our Showcase wil consist of dance numbers, vocal solos, duets and scenes that showcase the students developing skills. Because these Company Members have been increasing their artistry and athleticism all Fall… the material and production that will be created will be that of complex excellence.

There will be a fall and spring assessment and talkback with both artist and parent. During this we constructively provide feedback on the students work and what to be focusing on next.

Company Members are committed artists of upmost character. Students who are accepted into the Company will sign a contract in which they accept responsibility to uphold necessary requirements when it comes to their discipline, work ethic, team support, time management, character development and personal determination to live by Invicta’s Core Values.
